Healthy Garden Healthy Home II SAHAS

SAHAS is a livelihood project to bring social and economic development in Chepang community. This project is funded by Dan Church Aid and implemented by two Partners namely Action Nepal in Dhading District and Unification Nepal in Gorkha District. This project runs for three year till 2020, within this project years it has aimed to benefit 1145 households in Dhading and 940 households in Gorkha district.Among various interventions, Healthy garden and healthy home is also a part of project activity. Chepang people who have been living slash and burn or shifting cultivation practices are now has adopted a permanent type of settlement.
